Devotion Psalm 96:3 At That Moment It Will All Change

Psalm 96:3 – Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.

Oh Lord please keep me remembering that You have not sent me to give my opinion but to present Your Gospel of love and holiness.

Proverbs 18:2 – Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions.

Oh Lord I confess that too often I have been such a fool, and too often I still am.

Romans 7:19-20, 24-25 – For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.   20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.  What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

I do what I do what I don’t want to do!  Why do I do what I despise?  I have no strength.  Only Jesus can deliver me from sin that leads to hell and present me to our loving Father as part of His family.

Psalm 130:3-4 – If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.

Though I stumble and vary, yet Lord You always forgive me.

Romans 5:20b – But where sin increased, grace increased all the more.

Nothing surprises You Lord.  Beforehand You knew all my sins and arranged forgiveness for all of them.

1 John 1:9, 1 John 2:1-2 – If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Where are my sins Lord?  Didn’t I do them, but there is no evidence of them.  Even the chain that bound them to me has vanished.  “My child leave them in the past.  Why remember and torture yourself.  Instead, walk with me and freely and fully enjoy my love and the life I have prepared for you with me.”

1 John 5:13-14 –  I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

Amen Lord.  I believe You!  Coming is the moment when time will cease, worries will no longer be remembered, and only Your love and peace will surround me.  Then joy will know no bounds as eternal security is fulfilled.  I long for Heaven, or anywhere, only because You are there.  Lord I believe You.  I believe in You.  Come Lord Jesus, come!

Psalm 150:6 – Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.  Praise the Lord!

Micah 7:7 – But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.

Micah 6:8 – He has shown You, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of You but to do justly, to love mercy, And to walk humbly with Your God.

Numbers 6:24-26 – The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; 26 the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.
