Psalm 46 <\/strong>\u2013 1\u00a0God is our refuge\u00a0and strength, an ever-present\u00a0help\u00a0in trouble.\u00a0 2\u00a0Therefore we will not fear,\u00a0though the earth give way and the mountains fall\u00a0into the heart of the sea, 3\u00a0though its waters roar\u00a0and foam and the mountains quake\u00a0with their surging.\u00a0 4\u00a0There is a river\u00a0whose streams\u00a0make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High\u00a0dwells.\u00a0 5\u00a0God is within her,\u00a0she will not fall; God will help\u00a0her at break of day.\u00a0 6\u00a0Nations\u00a0are in uproar,\u00a0kingdoms\u00a0fall; he lifts his voice,\u00a0the earth melts.\u00a0 7\u00a0The\u00a0Lord\u00a0Almighty\u00a0is with us; the God of Jacob\u00a0is our fortress. \u00a08\u00a0Come and see what the\u00a0Lord\u00a0has done, the desolations\u00a0he has brought on the earth. 9\u00a0He makes wars\u00a0cease to the ends of the earth.\u00a0 He breaks the bow\u00a0and shatters the spear; he burns the shields\u00a0with fire.\u00a0 10\u00a0He says, \u201cBe still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted\u00a0among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.\u201d 11\u00a0The\u00a0Lord\u00a0Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob\u00a0is our fortress.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the morning, every morning Lord, may my head be bowed, my heart humble, and my voice and hands lifted up to you in praise and adoration.\u00a0 It is necessary to my day to start in such a way.\u00a0 Daily I need to consider my low estate and also to consider the wonder and beauty of who You are.\u00a0 I am at peace when I am in Your shadow, and even desire to walk therein.\u00a0 This day Lord, and every day, may I be found in humble adoration of You.\u00a0 In consideration of You.\u00a0 This is the place of peace and victory.<\/p>\n

Lord God, I run to the Fortress that is You. You invite me in and close the door behind me.\u00a0 You grant me alone time with You.\u00a0 Lord, wow, I have alone time with You!\u00a0 I am with You!\u00a0 Indeed, it is well with my soul!\u00a0 Praise you Lord God Almighty!<\/p>\n
