Psalm 130:5-6 <\/strong>– 5\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>I wait for the\u00a0Lord,\u00a0my whole being waits, and in His word\u00a0I put my hope. \u00a06\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>I wait for the Lord more than watchmen\u00a0wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.<\/p>\n

In the midst of celebration, at the cresting of wave of victory, from the highest mountaintop, when joy has exploded about me, still Lord, yes, still Lord, I wait for You.\u00a0 It is Your presence that is my life.\u00a0 I relish the blessings You send.\u00a0 They are proof of Your love to me.\u00a0 They are from You and with them I am delighted and thankful.\u00a0 Yet still Lord, I wait for You.\u00a0 It is for You my soul seeks.\u00a0 A chick sees its mother return from her hunt, and opens its mouth to receive blessings of life.\u00a0 It does not wonder if the mother will pour food into its mouth.\u00a0 It stretches its neck and opens it mouth in full expectation of receiving from its mother.\u00a0\u00a0 Even more Lord, even more, do I wait on You.\u00a0 My hope is in You, my hope is in Your Word.\u00a0 You have revealed Yourself to me through acts of love and through Your Word.\u00a0 At one time, I only knew of You.\u00a0 I had heard of Your goodness and love, but I had not personally known it.\u00a0 It was You who sought me out, it was You who revealed Yourself to me.\u00a0 You came to live within me, a foretaste of the what You would continually pour into me.\u00a0 You oh God, are faithful and sure.\u00a0 I wake in the morning with my soul hungering for You.\u00a0 During the day, unless I walk with You, I grow faint. \u00a0My soul stretches and reaches for You.\u00a0 If I were to have the whole world as mine, without You, there is no satisfaction.\u00a0 I cry for You Lord.\u00a0 I want no blessings that are not from You.\u00a0 It is You I wait for.\u00a0 You, only You!\u00a0 You are the fulfillment and delight of my soul.\u00a0 My need is for You.\u00a0 Your love draws me ever closer.\u00a0 The closer I get the closer I want to be.\u00a0 I have an unquenchable thirst and an insatiable appetite for You Lord.<\/p>\n

What need do I have?\u00a0 I wait for the Lord.\u00a0 I do not wait as person who waits for an unknown destiny by an unknown entity.\u00a0 I wait with certain hope. \u00a0My hope is an unbreakable mighty cord that is found in Your hand, and runs to me, and I hold fast.\u00a0 Hope in You is based not on the empty hope of the lost.\u00a0 My hope is in You, a hope that does not fade but grows stronger.\u00a0 Ever stronger my hope in You grows and so ever tighter is my grip.\u00a0\u00a0 Before I believe the sun will rise, I believe that You love me and are my deliverer at every turn.\u00a0 Should the universe explode into nothingness and all things, but me, fail to exist, still my hope is in You.\u00a0 You are able to sustain me even then.\u00a0 At my every breath in, You could create oxygen for me to breathe.\u00a0 On the palm of Your hand I would stand.\u00a0\u00a0 You are sure Almighty God!\u00a0 Your love for me is sure and eternal.\u00a0\u00a0 More than the night guard expects the morning to come, I am sure of You.\u00a0\u00a0 Let everything in all the universe fail, still You are good and You love me.\u00a0 This I know.\u00a0 In this, I wait on You Almighty, Loving and Tender God.\u00a0 On You I wait.\u00a0 I look to You with a tangible hope that is knowledge.\u00a0 Waiting on You is a sure thing.\u00a0 I wait on You.\u00a0 It is who I am in You.\u00a0 I look to You, I wait on You, for You are sure.\u00a0 Praise You God!\u00a0 You have never failed me and You never will.\u00a0 Lord God, I wait on You! Always I bow before You and lift my heart to You.\u00a0 My will and my heart are Yours!\u00a0 Do with them as You will.\u00a0 I love you God!\u00a0 I praise you God.<\/p>\n

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!\u00a0 Psalm 150:6<\/strong><\/p>\n
