Psalm 27:4<\/p>\n
Surely Lord the words of King David
\nResonate within me
\n\u201cOne thing, I ask of the Lord,
\nThis is what I seek:
\nThat I may dwell in the house of the Lord
\nAll the days of my life,
\nTo gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
\nand to seek Him in His temple.\u201d
\nOh my Lord is there anything more beautiful?
\nIs there no higher calling,
\nThen to live at your feet,
\nGazing upon your beauty,
\nBasking in your love,
\nBeing surrounded by the power of Your might,
\nWarmed and secure in Your love,
\nWaiting in active anticipation,
\nOf Your direction to me?
\nHow shall I not be happy
\nIn hearing your direction to me?
\nFor I have received of God Almighty,
\nHe who alone is God.
\nMen will ask \u201cWhere have you been?\u201d
\nI will respond \u201cI have been and I remain,
\nIn the Throne room
\nOf the God Almighty.
\nI have been at the Feet of my Father
\nAt the Feet of my Lord and Savior and
\nLovingly Held by His Spirit.
\nEnraptured am I to gaze on the majesty of God!
\nHis Spirit engulfs and surrounds me with His love.
\nWhere the Love of God is,
\nThere is no fear.
\nThough I am in awe of
\nThe only God Almighty
\nOf His great power and fierce strength,
\nI will not fear.
\nHe has directed His love to me,
\nShall a child fear the great strength of his Father?
\nRather the child is comforted by the strength of His Father
\nHis children rest secure in the shadow of their Father,
\nKnowing that with all his power and might
\nHe shall defend them.
\nWith all His resources He will feed them.
\nIn the heat of the day
\nWith gentle hands He offers them
\nCool drinks of living water.
\nWhen the Father sends out his children
\nPeople will ask \u201cWhat is your mission\u201d?
\n\u201cMy mission is to do the will of my Father\u201d
\nThen they ask \u201cHow will you accomplish it
\nFor great is the opposition?\u201d
\n\u201cNot by my might, not by my power, but by the Spirit of my Father.
\nIt is the authority of my Father who goes before me.\u201d
\n\u201cWho is your Father?\u201d they inquire.
\n\u201cMy Father is He who created all.
\n\u201cMighty is my Father who created all living things.
\nAll creation is my Father\u2019s.
\nThe earth you stand on
\nThe air you breathe
\nYou yourself
\nHave been created by my Father.
\nIt is by my Father\u2019s great mercy
\nThat you were born and that you live.
\nThe food you eat is granted to you
\nBy my Father.\u201d
\nThey then ask \u201cHow has He supplied to me
\nFor I have not known Him?\u201d
\n\u201cMy Father is good and gracious.
\nEven to those who have not called to Him
\nHe is good and gracious.
\nTo those who have not honored Him
\nHe is kind and patient.
\nHowever you have known of my Father.
\nWhen you gazed at the majesty of the sky
\nHe spoke to you.
\nDuring the heat of the day
\nWhen the cool wind blew over you
\nUnder the shade of one of His trees
\nHe touched you.
\nWhen the child was born
\nMy Father was revealed.
\nWhen looking at the animals and plants
\nOf the world,
\nMy Father has called out to you.
\nWhen studying the smallest of things
\nUnder a microscope
\nThere my Father is found.
\nHe created the mighty whale
\nWhose songs make manifest
\nThe glory of my Father.
\nSurely you have seen my Father and
\nYou have heard My Father\u2019s song
\nIn the songs He has placed within
\nSongbirds who sing in the morning and at night.
\nWhen alone you have cried out,
\nIt is He who has heard you.
\n\u2018Who is your Father\u2019 they have asked.
\n\u201cHe is the King of Glory,
\nHe is the Ancient of Days,
\nHe is the Lord of Lords,
\nThe King of Kings,
\nThe Savior of all who come.
\nHis Spirit lives within me
\nAnd within all His Children.
\nIt is from my Father that I have come.
\nIt is to do His will that I go forth.
\nIt is to Him shall I return,
\nTo gaze upon His beauty,
\nAnd be in awe of Who He Is.
\nHe is the great I AM,
\nThe Ever Becoming One,
\nThe God Who Is,
\nWho Will Be Who He Will Be.
\nHe is my Father who is mighty,
\nWho stoops to soothe His children.
\nHe I serve.
\nHe I love.
\nHe is who calls me home.\u201d
\n\u201cWhere shall you go after doing your Father\u2019s work?\u201d
\n\u201cI shall return where I have never left,
\nTo my Father\u2019s feet.
\nI dwell at the foot of His throne and
\nThere I shall live forever.
\nForever shall I dwell there
\nSecure in His love and peace.<\/p>\n
