John 3:7-8\u00a0<\/b>–\u00a0But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss\u00a0for the sake of Christ.\u00a08\u00a0What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing\u00a0Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ<\/i>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh Lord God Almighty,<\/div>\n
The One, the Only,<\/div>\n
Triune God!<\/div>\n
I cry out to You,<\/div>\n
I need to know You<\/div>\n
So much better<\/div>\n
Than I do.<\/div>\n
My God, who loves me,<\/div>\n
Whom I love,<\/div>\n
My knowledge is faint,<\/div>\n
When I regard<\/div>\n
The whole of You,<\/div>\n
My knowledge is scant.<\/div>\n
Yet not so small as to be<\/div>\n
Unnoticed by You.<\/div>\n
This is what I know,<\/div>\n
And it brings my craving,<\/div>\n
I know that what I know<\/div>\n
Is not enough.<\/div>\n
Lord to know You better<\/div>\n
I must heed Your Spirit,<\/div>\n
I must listen as Your Spirit<\/div>\n
Gives me learning,<\/div>\n
As fast as I can take it in.<\/div>\n
Still what I know is little,<\/div>\n
Yet, knowing little about you,<\/div>\n
Is powerful beyond comprehension.<\/div>\n
Because of who You are,<\/div>\n

Is what I want to know<\/div>\n
Greater than I do.<\/div>\n
Oh Lord God,<\/div>\n
Expand me so that<\/div>\n
There is room to<\/div>\n
Receive more of You.<\/div>\n
My hunger for You Lord God<\/div>\n
Is insatiable.<\/div>\n
More of You,<\/div>\n
More about You,<\/div>\n
Is what I need.<\/div>\n
The more I know of You,<\/div>\n
The greater my faith.<\/div>\n

The less I doubt,<\/div>\n
