John 1:10-13\u00a0<\/b>–\u00a0He was in the world, and\u00a0the world came into being through Him, and\u00a0yet\u00a0the world did not\u00a0know Him.\u00a011\u00a0He came to His\u00a0own, and His own people did not\u00a0accept Him.\u00a012\u00a0But\u00a0as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become\u00a0children of God,\u00a0to those who believe in His name,\u00a013\u00a0who were\u00a0born, not of\u00a0blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of a man, but of God.<\/i><\/p>\n
The Word of God made the world and all that was in it.\u00a0\u00a0So although the Word came to the world He was already spiritually in it and had, in Christophanies made appearances on it.\u00a0\u00a0At the perfect time He came to the world to be its Messiah. (Galatians 4:4, 2 Galatians 6:2)\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0The Word God was always here, after all He is omnipresent (Psalm 139: 7-10<\/b>)\u00a0<\/b>At just the right time He, the Word of Truth and the Light of the world (John 1:14, John 8:12<\/b>) came to the world as one hundred percent God and also as one hundred percent man.\u00a0\u00a0God who pre-existed the world, who made the world, and who could not be physically seen by the people of the world, came physically to the world to be the Light of the world that brings mankind to restoration with God.<\/p>\n
How ironic that the Creator was not known by the world that He had made. But the world (the unbelieving world) did not know Him because they resisted knowing Him.\u00a0\u00a0It was not that they could not know Him, or that they could not come to know Him, but that they rejected knowing Him.\u00a0\u00a0(John 3:19-20<\/b>)\u00a0\u00a0So not knowing Him was a choice.\u00a0\u00a0What is worse is that His people, the Jews, even though they had the words of the prophets, willingly and purposely refused to know Him.\u00a0\u00a0Since the Lord is omniscient we know that He came even though He knew that most of His people would refuse Him.\u00a0\u00a0Yet, He also knew that many would could come to Him, so for those He came, He suffered and died.\u00a0\u00a0It is true that salvation was offered to all, even to those who would reject Him.\u00a0\u00a0But if He did not know the truth that though most would reject some would come to Him, why should He come?\u00a0\u00a0He came for those who would receive Him, though they were a small percentage.\u00a0\u00a0He taught to His Apostles that few would come to Him, but He nevertheless came. (Matthew 7:13-14<\/b>)\u00a0\u00a0The few are precious to Him.<\/p>\n
Yet those who would receive Jesus the Word, to those who would let the Light illuminate the Word to understand, to all of them they would become the children of God because they believed in the name of Jesus, because they believed in Him.\u00a0\u00a0Now those who follow and know the Light are willing and joyful servants of it.\u00a0\u00a0These are they who are born not of the fleshly union of a man and woman, but are they who are born of the will of God.\u00a0\u00a0For it is not for the flesh that Jesus came to die to save, but for the eternal soul of a person.\u00a0\u00a0(John 3:16<\/b>)<\/p>\n
Family it is for those who love the Light and the Word that Jesus died.\u00a0\u00a0He died for you and me.\u00a0\u00a0The Creator, the Word, and the Light came to save us and to give to us what God has always wanted for us, a free, complete, loving union with Him.\u00a0\u00a0His salvation is for those who would choose Him because they recognize who He is.\u00a0\u00a0It for us who call out \u201cAbba Father\u201d to our dear, personal and loving God.\u00a0\u00a0To our Abba Father we cry out to in love and confidence.\u00a0\u00a0We know Him because we choose to.\u00a0\u00a0And that because of God.\u00a0\u00a0Great is God and His ways that are so far beyond us!\u00a0\u00a0Praise God!<\/p>\n
John 1:5<\/b>\u00a0\u201cThe light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n
Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/p>\n
Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will Hear\u00a0me.<\/p>\n
