John 3:16<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0For God so loved\u00a0the world that He gave\u00a0His one and only Son,\u00a0that whoever believes\u00a0in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.\u00a017\u00a0For God did not send His Son into the world\u00a0to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.<\/i><\/p>\n
John 14:27<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.<\/i><\/p>\n
I haven\u2019t seen the moon cry or tears from the sun, and they still seem to chase each other twenty four hours a day.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Though a day will come when their service is done, for now they are faithful in their assignments.\u00a0\u00a0And in these things, and infinitely more things, I am reminded that God is good and He loves me.\u00a0\u00a0This earth that we walk upon, that we live upon, still remains here for us.\u00a0\u00a0Trees grow upon it, the creatures of the world have homes upon it.\u00a0\u00a0The mighty lion roars, the otters frolic in the waters, the immense whales break surface and leap into the air, and my dog still likes to go for walks on it.\u00a0\u00a0And in these things, and infinitely more things, I am reminded that God is good and He loves me.\u00a0\u00a0I hear morning birds singing such lovely \u201cGood Morning\u201d songs and I fall asleep as the night birds sing sweet lullabies. Roosters still crow, kittens are still around for my granddaughter to love.\u00a0\u00a0The ocean, the mountains, the deserts, the sunrise and sunset, and the majestic night skies still take my breath away.\u00a0\u00a0And in these things, and infinitely more things, I am reminded that God is good and He loves me.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0My little granddaughter slips her hand into mine and says \u201ccome on\u201d as she pulls me to play with her.\u00a0\u00a0My wife kisses me every morning and says that she loves me.\u00a0\u00a0My children tell me they love me.\u00a0\u00a0And some others love me.\u00a0\u00a0And in these things, and infinitely more things, I am reminded that God is good and He loves me.<\/p>\n
There are many things I have learned, so many bits of information I know.\u00a0\u00a0Yet none of them are grander, more eloquent, so precious, so beautiful, so powerful, so earth-stopping, and so assuring and wonderful to me than the fact that God is always good and that He loves me.\u00a0\u00a0Nothing do I cling to more than the reality and presence of God.\u00a0\u00a0Nothing is more comforting and nothing is sweeter and nothing makes me more at peace than knowing that God is good and He loves me.\u00a0\u00a0Nothing, not His beautiful creation, nor even the wonderful blessings He gives, are greater than my sure knowledge of my tangible God.\u00a0\u00a0And I know that as true for me is it that God is good and He loves me, I know it is true for all of us.\u00a0\u00a0Thank You Lord God Almighty!\u00a0\u00a0Thank You God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit!\u00a0\u00a0Thank You!\u00a0\u00a0Nothing is more precious than You.\u00a0\u00a0You, oh lovely God, are always good and You love me, You love us.\u00a0\u00a0With that, I am at peace.\u00a0\u00a0With and in that, I have absolutely all I need.\u00a0\u00a0Praise God!\u00a0\u00a0Thank you Lord!\u00a0\u00a0Praise God!<\/p>\n
