Acts 24:24-25<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0And after some days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish, he sent for Paul and heard him concerning the\u00a0faith in Christ.\u00a025\u00a0Now as he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and answered, \u201cGo away for now; when I have a convenient time I will call for you.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

Acts 26:28<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Then Agrippa said to Paul, \u201cDo you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

2 Corinthians 6:2<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0For He says: \u201cIn an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the\u00a0day\u00a0of\u00a0salvation\u00a0I have helped you.\u201d Behold, now\u00a0is\u00a0the accepted time; behold, now\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0day\u00a0of\u00a0salvation.<\/i><\/p>\n

Below is an excerpt from Charles Swindoll\u2019s commentary on Acts.\u00a0\u00a0It is well worth reading!<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0There once was a man who was transported into the black abyss inside the earth, surrounded by the evil spirits and their ruler, Satan himself.\u00a0\u00a0He watched as a discussion unfolded between Satan and his spirits, he heard him as he said with a loud voice, \u201cWho will go to earth for me and persuade people that I may accomplish the rule of their souls?\u00a0\u00a0What message will you use?\u00a0\u00a0How will you say what you want to say so that men and women, boys and girls, will turn away from the things of God?\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0A spirit responded, \u201cI will go for you, and I will tell people that there is no heaven.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0The ruler frowned and replied, \u201cNo, that will not do.\u00a0\u00a0For too many centuries humanity has been told that there is a heaven.\u00a0\u00a0An our enemy, God, has given the Christians a book that talks about heaven and promises that it is a place there will no longer be death and tears and sorrow and pain and affliction and tragedy.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0A second spirit glided forward and said, \u201cI will go, and I will tell men and women that there is no hell.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Again the ruler responded negatively: \u201cThat will not do either.\u00a0\u00a0The conscience, if nothing else, convinces people that someday there must be a day of reckoning and a place where men and women will come to terms with their lives.\u00a0\u00a0In fact, that book I mentioned, the Christian\u2019s handbook, has more to say about hell than about heaven.\u00a0\u00a0You could never convince them there\u2019s no hell.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0There was a pause.\u00a0\u00a0The ruler added, \u201cI need someone who will make an appeal to all classes, all ages, and all cultures in all the countries around the planet where men and women live.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0One dark spirit stepped up and said, \u201cI have the answer.\u00a0\u00a0I will go for you.\u00a0\u00a0I will not tell people there is no hell.\u00a0\u00a0I will not tell them there is no heaven.\u00a0\u00a0I will simply tell them there is no hurry<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0They sent him.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0The word used for that destroyer of souls is \u201cprocrastination.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0Family, tomorrow is promised to no-one.\u00a0 (James 4:13-14, Proverbs 27:1<\/b>) \u00a0We all must be, every moment of our lives, ready to stand before God.\u00a0 No-one knows if the next moment we die and face judgement.\u00a0 I have known a loved one who all was thought healthy, who suddenly collapsed and before he hit the ground he was dead (I thank God that he called Jesus his Savior and Lord).\u00a0\u00a0 Please don\u2019t delay committing to God through Jesus.\u00a0\u00a02 Corinthians 6:2<\/b>\u00a0\u201cFor He says: \u201cIn an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the\u00a0day\u00a0of\u00a0salvation\u00a0I have helped you.\u201d Behold, now\u00a0is\u00a0the accepted time; behold, now\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0day\u00a0of\u00a0salvation.<\/i>\u201d\u00a0 I plead with everyone, out of love for you all, come to Jesus right now.\u00a0 I pray that, if you have not, all of you do, right now.<\/p>\n

P<\/b><\/span>salm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/i><\/p>\n
