Philippians 4:6-7\u00a0<\/b>–\u00a0Do not be anxious about anything,\u00a0but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.\u00a07\u00a0And the peace of God,\u00a0which transcends all understanding,\u00a0will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.<\/i><\/p>\n
Family and Friends, I pray that all of us would always live with the power of this verse being a deep reality in our lives.\u00a0\u00a0Worrisome circumstances and people will continuously, at various times, jump out of the shadows to startle us.\u00a0\u00a0Yet we need not worry.\u00a0\u00a0And to those who love Jesus there are not \u201cyeah buts.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n God\u2019s Word says not to be anxious, that is not to worry about anything.\u00a0\u00a0Why?\u00a0\u00a0Because of Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0Is that it, is that all?\u00a0\u00a0Yes, if you truly love and know Him the answer to all worry is that Jesus has taken care of it all.\u00a0\u00a0The fact that tips all scales is Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0But one has to know Him to fully understand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When can we be without worry?\u00a0\u00a0Here we are instructed that we can be worry free in every situation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n How can we be without worry and fear?\u00a0\u00a0We can be by praying and presenting all our concerns to God through Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0When we pray, we first need to consider who we are praying to.\u00a0\u00a0To consider that we need to know and understand who He is.\u00a0\u00a0When we consider that He is the Almighty One, the One who has never been defeated and never will be defeated, then our hearts are calmed.\u00a0\u00a0Add to that the thankfulness we have because we remember and continuously thank God for all that He has done and continues to do for us, then our absolute confidence in Him grows.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Having a sure knowledge of who He is and how He loves us fills our hearts leaving no room for fear.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When we are full of God, fear cannot find a home within us.\u00a0\u00a0Then the peace that comes only from God will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0How deep is this peace, it is beyond belief, beyond understanding.\u00a0\u00a0We have the peace and the only explanation is that we have it because of Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0All this is too simple to those who refuse to kneel to Jesus, but it is a tangible reality to those who have given their lives to Jesus.\u00a0\u00a0It\u2019s simple, and not that complicated.\u00a0\u00a0Knowing Jesus means believing in Him.\u00a0\u00a0Loving and yielding to Him in all things is the truth that keeps us from being anxious.\u00a0\u00a0When we control our lives than we are responsible to protect ourselves.\u00a0\u00a0When Jesus is control of our lives, then He is responsible to protect our lives.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We are, in the end, without power.\u00a0\u00a0He, in the end, is omnipotent.\u00a0\u00a0Know God, believe God, trust God and know peace.\u00a0\u00a0Like the saying goes \u201cKnow God, know peace.\u00a0\u00a0No God, no peace.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0There is a reason that Jesus is always the Answer.\u00a0\u00a0Blessings and love to all of you!\u00a0\u00a0Always praise God!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/i><\/p>\n Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear\u00a0me.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n Micah 6:8<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0He has shown You, O man, what\u00a0is\u00a0good; And what does the\u00a0Lord\u00a0require of You but to do justly, to love mercy, And to walk humbly with Your God<\/i>.<\/p>\n Numbers 6:24-26<\/b>\u00a0\u201cThe\u00a0Lord\u00a0bless you and keep you; 25\u00a0the\u00a0Lord\u00a0make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; 26\u00a0the\u00a0Lord\u00a0turn His face\u00a0toward you and give you peace.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Philippians 4:6-7\u00a0–\u00a0Do not be anxious about anything,\u00a0but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.\u00a07\u00a0And the peace of God,\u00a0which transcends all understanding,\u00a0will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
