Titus 1:15-16\u00a0<\/b>\u2013 To the pure, all things are pure,\u00a0but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure.\u00a0In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.\u00a016\u00a0They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him.\u00a0They are detestable, disobedient and unfit for doing anything good.<\/i><\/p>\n
Some people never seem to see the good in anything.\u00a0\u00a0It seems they always have something negative to say about everyone and everything.\u00a0\u00a0Darkness protects itself while surrounding itself with light.\u00a0\u00a0A dark room surrounded by fully lit rooms.\u00a0\u00a0Beware of these people, their darkness is projected outward.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Keep in mind the word of God that states \u201cDo not be misled: \u201dBad company corrupts good character.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0(1 Corinthians 15:33<\/b>)\u00a0\u00a0After spending time in the influence of such people we are advise in\u00a0V34<\/b>\u00a0to \u201ccome back to your senses<\/i>\u201d and to \u201cstop sinning<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n
People who claim to know God but outwardly project the darkness of their own heart, people that project the evil motives that dwell in the unredeemed cesspool of their souls, can get us dirty.\u00a0\u00a0Of course we are aware of those who don\u2019t claim Jesus as their Savior.\u00a0\u00a0That is an obvious person to love and pray for, but to not let them influence.\u00a0\u00a0Some seem so wise, they have many seemingly wise sayings, but a true statement that brings one to a wrong conclusion is a rancid lie. Don\u2019t allow ourselves to fall under their influence and thereby allow them to plant seeds of infidelity and suspicion regarding the pure faith God has given to us.\u00a0\u00a0The unbelievers call good to be evil and call evil to be good.<\/p>\n
More treacherous are those who pervert the Word of God to mean what it was never meant to mean.\u00a0\u00a0We must examine the fruit, not the souls, which is a task for God alone, but the fruit of those who say they speak the Truth (Matthew 7:15-20<\/b>).\u00a0\u00a0This is not the judging of souls, but the examining the evidence of what they produce.\u00a0\u00a0Jesus told us to do that.\u00a0\u00a0If a person lives in sin and refuse to repent of it, or spreads doctrine contrary to the Word, we can see that and know to not heed the words of such a person.\u00a0\u00a0Jesus warned of wolves among the sheep.\u00a0\u00a0Some wolves attempt to deceive and some are themselves deceived and not even able to look at their own reflection and see that they are a wolves.<\/p>\n
To avoid deception we must walk and talk with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to saturate our minds and cleans our hearts with the Holy and Inerrant Word of God. Any teacher or speaker that love does not flow from is suspect.\u00a0\u00a0It all begins with love (Matthew 22:37-40<\/b>).\u00a0\u00a0Of course, that is not to toss away righteousness, because the Word of God is righteous and holy and has no place for one who stubbornly abides in sin (1 John 3:6<\/b>).<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s beware the person who condemns everything and loves little, or maybe not at all.\u00a0\u00a0For God knows the evil we do.\u00a0\u00a0He knows the evil that has lived in our hearts, but He came to save us because He sees what He can make us to be.\u00a0\u00a0He sees the positive through the negative, He continually evicts the negative to bring to light the positive.\u00a0\u00a0We must help others as we have been helped.\u00a0\u00a0We point them to Jesus that may have new and purified minds and hearts (Romans 12:2, Ephesians 4:22-24, Ezekiel 11:19, Psalm 51:10<\/b>).\u00a0\u00a0The person with God within is aware of evil but does not only see evil.\u00a0\u00a0The person of God also sees potential.\u00a0\u00a0He sees the horror of a soul living for the enemy, but the potential of God to redeem and make healthy, whole and beautiful that soul through Jesus who is the lover and healer to all who will come to him.\u00a0\u00a0We know that we have also been enemies and are only friends because Jesus knew that He could wash us clean and bring us into His home to live.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s love each other.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s see in the unredeemed the possibility of redemption.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s see in the reprobate the possibility healing and beauty.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s know that with God all things are possible.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s cast aside the primal thinking of the world and embrace the infinitely surpassing beauty of the wisdom and love of God.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s recognize Godly works and be thankful to God for them.\u00a0\u00a0Yes, we discern evil from good, but we condemn no person.\u00a0\u00a0Evil works we discern, but we condemn no person.\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s see what God sees in others.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Let\u2019s see with God\u2019s eyes.\u00a0\u00a0Then we will realistically see the world with the knowledge that Jesus makes the difference.\u00a0\u00a0We will see the world through loving eyes.\u00a0\u00a0Praise God!<\/p>\n
