Psalm 119:105<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Your word is a lamp\u00a0for my feet, a light\u00a0on my path.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Isaiah 40:8<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the Word of our God endures forever.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Isaiah 55:11<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0So is my Word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.\u00a0<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 51:11<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

John 14:26<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

1 Corinthians 2:13<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0<\/span>This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Acumen has been defined as \u201cthe ability to make good judgements and quick decisions\u2026\u201d Beyond beauty (that fades) is wisdom.\u00a0 To be able to make good judgments quickly one must have wisdom within them.\u00a0 A pitcher cannot pour something refreshing from it unless it is filled with something refreshing. The pitcher does not generate a refreshing substance, it is filled by another.\u00a0 If we want to make good judgments, we must be filled by two things.\u00a0 We must be filled by the Spirit of God and the Word of God.\u00a0 The Holy Spirit will change our heart to increasingly be like God\u2019s heart. What the heart is full of will overflow out of the mouth (Matthew 12:34b-35<\/b>).\u00a0 So to make \u201cgood judgments\u201d quickly, one must already have wisdom within.\u00a0 That is, one must be filled with the Spirit of God.\u00a0 Only the one who loves the Lord Jesus has the Holy Spirit (John 14:17, Ephesians 1:13<\/b>).\u00a0 So to make a good judgments quickly, it must be that one is already filled with He who is good and wise and that is God Almighty.<\/p>\n

John 14:26<\/b>\u00a0states that the Holy Spirit will remind us what Jesus said to us.\u00a0 Jesus is the Word of God.\u00a0 He spoke the words of God to us.\u00a0 All the Old Testament and New Testament are the Word of God.\u00a0 The Holy Spirit teaches us the meanings behind the Word of God.\u00a0 Everything that we think, every way that we act, and in all that we say, all of these should be tested by the Word of God.\u00a0 The Holy Spirit will reveal the Word of God and if He does not reveal it to a person, then that person cannot know the Word of God.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Family to speak true eternal wisdom we must have two things: The Spirit of God and the Word of God. If we are full of the Word and the Spirit, if it fills us and overflows from us, then wisdom and truth will readily flow through us.\u00a0 Do we want to be wise?\u00a0 Get wisdom from God (James 1:5<\/b>).\u00a0 Get the Spirit by submitting our lives to the Lord Jesus.\u00a0 Read the Word of God and let the Holy Spirit teach us what it means.\u00a0 Having done that, we will have acumen, true acumen, from God.\u00a0 Praise our God who fully equips us.\u00a0 Praise God!<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/i><\/p>\n
