John 1:14\u00a0<\/b>–\u00a0The Word became flesh\u00a0and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory,\u00a0the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace\u00a0and truth.<\/i><\/p>\n
Matthew 6:10<\/b>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Your kingdom\u00a0come,<\/span>\u00a0Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.<\/p>\n Jesus, in obedience to the Father and by His own full will stepped down from His throne beside the Father.\u00a0 The Father\u2019s will was His will.\u00a0 The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit live in perfect unity.\u00a0 There never has been and there never will be any disunity between the different persons of God.\u00a0 All fully God and all fully one with not an iota of difference.\u00a0 Jesus was not surprised by the Father\u2019s will that He should step down from the His heavenly throne to come to rescue us. No, He already knew it.\u00a0 Nobody can fully know, or describe that God is One who is three and is three who is one.\u00a0 What we must know is their unity.\u00a0 We must not attempt to understand them in way we understand each other.\u00a0 Instead Brothers and Sisters, we should strive to understand each other in light of who our Triune God is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Jesus told Philip that Father and He are one and there is no degree of separation between them (John 14:8-10<\/b>).\u00a0 He was then saying that they are so much One that if one has seen Jesus, one has seen the Father.\u00a0 In this oneness, Jesus includes the Holy Spirit.\u00a0 In\u00a0John 14:16-20<\/b>\u00a0Jesus includes the Holy Spirit in the oneness of God.\u00a0 When the Holy Spirit is within us, so is Jesus.\u00a0 Since Jesus is within us and He is one with the Father and with the Holy Spirit than all are with us.\u00a0 One that cannot be separated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Again, notice the singular will of God.\u00a0 In\u00a0John 14:16-17<\/b>\u00a0Jesus states that He will ask the Father and the Father will give us the Holy Spirit.\u00a0 It is not a contradiction or mistake when Jesus then states in\u00a0John 15:26\u00a0<\/b>that He is the one who will sent the Spirit to us.\u00a0 Furthermore, as Jesus was not unaware of the will of the Father that He should become man to die for our sins, so the Holy Spirit was not unaware that He would be sent to live within us to teach us and to guide us about God.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When praying for the Apostles, and also for us (John 17:20<\/b>), Jesus said to the Father that all He has is the Father\u2019s and all the Father has also belongs to Jesus (John 17:10<\/b>).\u00a0 That is so because the three persons of God are one in every way and yet also three.\u00a0 We understand the Trinity more by accepting what the Word gives to us than by trying to reason it out with our own limited ability to comprehend and know.\u00a0 Let the Spirit and the Word saturate us and understanding begins to follow.\u00a0 Resisting the flow of the Spirit and Word through us limits the saturation and the understanding that the Holy Spirit brings us of the Word.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The ability for us be one with each other, us loving each other and being of one will to serve the will of God, is possible only as we become one with God.\u00a0 We don\u2019t become one with God by our own efforts, but by the work of Jesus.\u00a0 Jesus prays that we would become one in love and purpose just as God is. \u00a0Jesus is not calling us to give up our individuality, but to know more who we individually are as we are united to each other in the love of God and our love for God and by His love for us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Praise our Triune God!\u00a0 Praise God who truly has made us in His image.\u00a0 We need to understand this in the spiritual.\u00a0 Being like our righteous and loving God is so much more than our outward acts, but has to do with essence and spirit and oneness with God.\u00a0 When we are one with God who is one with all of us than we are also one with one another.\u00a0 God has always been so good to us.\u00a0 Before the beginning of time God was good to us and He loved us.\u00a0 That truth remains beyond time into a never ending eternity.\u00a0 God is good and He loves us and that remains forever.\u00a0 Praise God who desires us to be one with each other by being one with Him through Jesus the only Messiah and Lord!\u00a0 Praise God!<\/span><\/p>\n Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/i><\/p>\n Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear\u00a0me.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n Micah 6:8<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0He has shown You, O man, what\u00a0is\u00a0good; And what does the\u00a0Lord\u00a0require of You but to do justly, to love mercy, And to walk humbly with Your God.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" John 1:14\u00a0–\u00a0The Word became flesh\u00a0and made his dwelling among us.
