The Lord our God, the Lord Almighty who is Creator of the heavens, the earth and all of us, whose power is so mighty that the courage of the wise melts into humility.\u00a0 He created all by just the power of His Word (Genesis 1, Psalm 33:9, John 1:1-3, 2 Peter 3:5<\/b>), and He shall destroy this earth and replace it with another also solely by the power of His Word (2 Peter 3:10-13, 2 Peter 3:7<\/b>).\u00a0 Seas part because He calls tell them to.\u00a0 Existence of all that has ever existed, exists and will exist is simply because He wills it to be so (Colossians 1:16<\/b>).\u00a0 No-one can resist Him (Isaiah 43:13<\/b>).\u00a0 No-one has ever been able to prevent what He wills and none will ever be able to do so.\u00a0 How is it possible to resist the One with unlimited and never ending power and who knows everything and always has known everything.\u00a0 It is vanity and foolishness to resist our God who is great and powerful.\u00a0 Unlimited power, the One who to whom nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37, Matthew 19:26<\/b>). \u00a0He who allows and brings down mighty kingdoms (Daniel 2:21<\/b>).\u00a0 People of earth be wise and bow low your hearts and minds for none can overcome Him and He needs no counsel (Isaiah 40:13<\/b>).\u00a0 God is fearsome beyond comprehension (Exodus 15:11<\/b>).<\/p>\n
God is loving beyond comprehension.\u00a0 From the most powerful and awesome is love most greatly revealed.\u00a0 The One who is most powerful and yet humbles Himself to love and serve His own creation is the One who loves the most.\u00a0 He has no need for another, yet chooses to love all people because He wills to do so.\u00a0 God is whole and has not needs.\u00a0 He is perfectly whole within Himself and has no need for companionship outside Himself.\u00a0 Still, He has from eternity past chosen to love man.\u00a0 He created man to love Him.\u00a0 This in and of itself was a service to man.\u00a0 Who is man that the All Powerful One should consider Him (Psalm 8:4<\/b>)?\u00a0 Who is man that God should love Him?\u00a0 Who is man that God the Father should send His Son to die for all women and men and then, to put His very own Spirit within man.\u00a0 He put His Spirit, His essence, within man, weak and fallible man, that He could serve, love and guide man to a better destiny than Hell, to which we were all headed.\u00a0 What kind of love is this that the All Powerful One should choose to humble Himself, that His Son should not grasp onto His throne instead of releasing it and coming from His high place in Heaven to love and save the children of God.\u00a0 How deep is the love that the Creator of heaven, earth and mankind should set aside His mighty power to allow sinful man to mock Him, to spit on Him, to torture Him, and to crucify Him, all to die for those who would hear of Him and love Him ((Philippians 2:5-8<\/b>)?\u00a0 Family and Friends, who is this God?\u00a0 Who is our Savior and who is His Holy Spirit that lives within us.\u00a0 Here is who He is, He is God.\u00a0 He is God who loves us because He wants to.\u00a0 He who can do anything and yet what He chooses to do is to love us.\u00a0 He who is above all waits patiently for His children to come home to Him.\u00a0 He stands in the front yard and looks to the horizon, waiting for each of us to come.\u00a0 When we come He rejoices over us, He cries in joy over us, He hugs and kisses us.\u00a0 He says to us \u201cWelcome home, I will ever hold you close.\u00a0 Stay with me, in my house and know love, joy and peace for all eternity.\u201d (Luke 15:11-32<\/b>)\u00a0 That is our God!\u00a0 We know so little of all that He is. Infinitely little.\u00a0 Yet what we know is beyond our wildest dreams of what love is.\u00a0 God is love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control that is infinitely beyond all that we can imagine or understand.\u00a0 He is a mystery and beauty so deep and profound that we will explore who He is for eternity and never reach the end of who He is.<\/p>\n
This great God, beyond our understanding has chosen, because He wanted to, to love us.\u00a0 He is the one who loves, and understands always! Family, pursue and hold close the greatest gift and help God has given us\u2026Himself!\u00a0 If we hurt, draw near, nearer and nearer still to Him who can comfort in all circumstances.\u00a0 Pursue God and find that He is ever near!\u00a0 Praise our God who is good and who loves us!\u00a0 Praise our God!\u00a0 Forever we shall love Him and sing His praises!\u00a0 Praise God!<\/p>\n
