Revelation 22:6-11<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0The angel said to me,\u00a0\u201cThese words are trustworthy and true.\u00a0The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets,\u00a0sent his angel\u00a0to show his servants the things that must soon take place.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span>7\u00a0\u201cLook, I am coming soon!\u00a0Blessed\u00a0is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/span>8\u00a0I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things.\u00a0And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet\u00a0of the angel who had been showing them to me.<\/i><\/span>\u00a09\u00a0But he said to me, \u201cDon\u2019t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll.\u00a0Worship God!\u201d\u00a0 10\u00a0Then he told me, \u201cDo not seal up\u00a0the words of the prophecy of this scroll,\u00a0because the time is near.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a011\u00a0Let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cThe angel said to me,\u00a0\u201cThese words are trustworthy and true.\u00a0The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets,\u00a0sent his angel\u00a0to show his servants the things that must soon take place.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\u00a0God sends an angel to emphasize that what John has recorded is trustworthy and true.\u00a0 The assurance is for John, the saints of the day, and also for all of us.\u00a0 The same Lord God who inspired the prophets and guided what they wrote has inspired John, has given John these visions and has guided His hand to write what God wanted the world to know.\u00a0 Indeed all of God\u2019s word can be trusted and is for us to not only read, but to follow (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21<\/b>). This revelation is no less inspired than the rest of scriptures and is God\u2019s last Word to us about what shall transpire until, and to, the end of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLook, I am coming soon!\u00a0Blessed\u00a0is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 As the Lord Jesus warned during His life here on earth, so he warns now \u201cBe ready!\u201d\u00a0 For He will come for His at an appointed time, that none will know.\u00a0 At that time the world will be carrying on, doing the evil they do, rejecting the truth of God\u2019s Word, having kids, and struggling for peace in the world.\u00a0 But those that belong to Jesus, those who call Him Savior and Master, will be reading the signs and understanding that the Lord will come soon.\u00a0 Just as we know that time is short and Jesus is coming soon.\u00a0 Living in the times that the Lord has told us would be the end times, and knowing that the unique time He described is upon us, we know more than previous generations about how the pieces of the puzzle are locking together (1 Thessalonians 5:2-3<\/b>). Jesus warned all to be ready and those who are wise will be (Matthew 25:1-13<\/b>).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/i><\/span>I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things.\u00a0And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet\u00a0of the angel who had been showing them to me.<\/i><\/span>\u00a09\u00a0But he said to me, \u201cDon\u2019t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll.\u00a0Worship God!\u201d<\/span><\/i>\u00a0 John bears witness that he saw and heard what is written down in this book.\u00a0 Now, people who are telling others to believe that they are good witnesses don\u2019t often begin to tell you about their mistakes.\u00a0 John does.\u00a0 He writes down about his mistake of being overwhelmed by an angel and mistakenly falling down to worship the angel.\u00a0 He did it twice.\u00a0 We should not ever say \u201cI can\u2019t believe that John did that again!\u201d\u00a0 After all, how many times have we repeated our mistakes?\u00a0 Actually, that He would record his error only adds validity to the fact that he is telling the truth.\u00a0 He wants the whole truth written down, even if it shows his unflattering actions. Yet, praise God that all this is recorded.\u00a0 Just as throughout the Word the errors and weaknesses of God\u2019s people are recorded.\u00a0 The scriptures only contain the truth.\u00a0 That fact that the Lord reveals the good, the bad and the ugly, only verifies that the scriptures are accurate and true.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThen he told me, \u201cDo not seal up\u00a0the words of the prophecy of this scroll,\u00a0because the time is near.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 Some of what God had revealed to prophets was not revealed (Isaiah 8:16, Daniel 8:26, 12:4, 9<\/b>).\u00a0 However this revelation was to remain open to mankind.\u00a0 The time had come to release knowledge.\u00a0 The release of this knowledge was not just to amaze or merely so that people would be informed.\u00a0 These words are a blessing and a warning.\u00a0 To those who love God and yearn for His appearing, these words are a blessing.\u00a0 To those who are rejecting God, the words are a warning for them to change their ways and to be ready for the day they will stand before God.\u00a0 God does not want them to perish (Ezekiel 18:23<\/b>).\u00a0 He wants all to repent and none to perish (2 Peter 3:9<\/b>).\u00a0 God reveals His Word to save us and to give us hope that encourages and strengthens.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLet the one who does wrong continue to do wrong; let the vile person continue to be vile; let the one who does right continue to do right; and let the holy person continue to be holy.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 Is God giving permission for sinners to continue to sin?\u00a0 No, of course not.\u00a0\u00a0Daniel 12:10<\/b>\u00a0reveals the meaning here. It reads\u00a0<\/span>\u201cMany will be purified, made spotless and refined,\u00a0but the wicked will continue to be wicked.\u00a0None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 Many will be purified through Jesus and will be continually refined to walk closer with Him.\u00a0 But with the hard of heart, they will continue to do wrong and to commit vile acts.\u00a0 The righteous shall continue to follow Jesus as it is Jesus who keeps them.\u00a0 Those who reject the Gospel have rejected the help of Jesus and will continue on the horrible path they are on.<\/p>\n

Good news!\u00a0 Jesus has not yet returned.\u00a0 Not all the prophecies have not yet happened.\u00a0 That means that there is still time for all to soften their hearts and come to submit to Jesus.\u00a0 Family, let us share the good news, the offer of eternal life is still being offered to all who will come to Jesus.\u00a0 Call out to all \u201cCome and be saved!\u201d\u00a0 Why should any perish into such a horrible fate as awaits those who do not belong to Jesus?\u00a0 Come everyone to Jesus!\u00a0 Come now!\u00a0 Be ready.\u00a0 He comes soon\u2026maybe today!\u00a0\u00a0 For us who in love and with joy serve Him, He comes soon, let us not tire of doing well but let us continue and reap the reward of the faithful (Galatians 6:9<\/b>)!<\/p>\n

Our God is good all the time and all the time He loves us!\u00a0 Praise God continuously!\u00a0 Praise God always!\u00a0 Praise God!<\/p>\n

Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/p>\n

Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear\u00a0me.<\/p>\n

Micah 6:8<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0He has shown You, O man, what\u00a0is\u00a0good; And what does the\u00a0Lord\u00a0require of You but to do justly, to love mercy, And to walk humbly with Your God.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
