1 Chronicles 16:34\u00a0<\/b>–\u00a0Give thanks\u00a0to the\u00a0<\/i><\/span>Lord<\/i><\/span>, for He is good; His love endures forever.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Oh Lord my heart, my mind, all that I am bears testimony to the eternal truth that you are eternally good and that you eternally love me.\u00a0 Thinking not of what I don\u2019t have, I thank you for what I do have.\u00a0 I trust you Lord.\u00a0 If I don\u2019t have it, I don\u2019t need it. To think otherwise is to doubt You!\u00a0 If the time comes that I need it, I will have it.\u00a0 You know Lord, I am not perfect in humility, but I strive to be so.\u00a0 I trust You more than me.\u00a0 Since You are good and You love me, then what I have is what You, oh perfect and almighty God, have determined that I should have.\u00a0 Will I raise the esteem of my thoughts above yours?\u00a0 No!\u00a0 Forbid the thought!<\/p>\n

Some of what I don\u2019t have can make life a little harder, but I refuse opportunities to complain about that. If I go through hard times, I continue to cling to You, to Your ways, to what You have ordained.\u00a0 You know best oh God!\u00a0 Perhaps, in Your continual refinement of me, I need to go through certain hard times for my own benefit.\u00a0 If You determine that to be so, then it is so.\u00a0 Here is where my knowledge of You, my faith in You, and my regard of You is determined.\u00a0 It is \u201cwhere the rubber meets the road.\u201d\u00a0 Either I will live by faith in You or I will not. \u00a0What if You call me to hard times to glorify You?\u00a0 Will I complain?\u00a0 No!\u00a0 I am thankful that I may be used, in any measure, to bring praise to Your name!\u00a0 Praise Your name!<\/p>\n

I pray that I will pass these tests because I love You who first loved me.\u00a0 You, Almighty God, daily reveal Yourself to me.\u00a0 You expand my knowledge and lead me.\u00a0 I hear you calling to me! Oh praise You Lord!\u00a0 Lord God, I strive to throw away all that I want for myself to gain what You want for me.\u00a0 It is better to trust in You than in anything else, and most certainly better than what I could think.\u00a0 Dying to self and living for You, and through You, is better than living for and of myself.\u00a0 To do that is better for me and for all that I love.\u00a0 The more You are revealed through me the better off are all who know me.<\/p>\n

Lord God, thank You!\u00a0 Thank You for all the blessings I know of, and for all the ones I don\u2019t know of.\u00a0 Thank you for the bad that never happens.\u00a0 Thank You for loving me, even cherishing me.\u00a0 A miracle in itself!\u00a0 Thank You Lord!\u00a0 Thank You! Thank you! Thank You!\u00a0 I praise You God! Thank You!<\/p>\n

Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!<\/p>\n

Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear\u00a0me.<\/p>\n
