Revelation 19:11-16<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0I saw heaven standing open\u00a0and there before me was a white horse, whose rider\u00a0is called Faithful and True.\u00a0With justice He judges and wages war.<\/span>\u00a012\u00a0His eyes are like blazing fire,\u00a0and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on Him\u00a0that no one knows but He himself.<\/span>\u00a013\u00a0He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood,\u00a0and His name is the Word of God.14\u00a0The armies of heaven were following Him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen,\u00a0white\u00a0and clean.<\/span>\u00a015\u00a0Coming out of His mouth is a sharp sword\u00a0with which to strike down\u00a0the nations. \u201cHe will rule them with an iron scepter.\u201d\u00a0He treads the winepress\u00a0of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.<\/span>\u00a016\u00a0On His robe and on His thigh He has this name written:\u00a0<\/span><\/i>KING OF KING AND LORD OF LORDS<\/i><\/span>.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe has a name written on Him\u00a0that no one knows but He himself.\u201d<\/span><\/i>\u00a0 Praise the Lord!\u00a0 We are not going to arrive in heaven and know everything about God and this is a great example of that.\u00a0\u00a0Revelation 2:17<\/b>\u00a0states, speaking of us,\u00a0<\/span>\u201cWhoever has ears, let them hear\u00a0what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious,\u00a0I will give some of the hidden manna.\u00a0I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 So earlier in the book of Revelation we are given a special name, known only between Jesus and us, individually.\u00a0 One of the explanations for this is that Jesus will be giving us a special name that something that is apt for our service to Him. The new name will be a perfect description of our relationship with Him and of His love for us.\u00a0 My father had a special pet name for us.\u00a0 It was not a secret, all of our nuclear family knew it. From when I was a very young child, before two years old, I remember my Father called me Big Eyes.\u00a0 Funny, but I never wondered why.\u00a0 It may have been because my eyes were always on him, who was my hero.\u00a0\u00a0 The name the Lord will give us will be our secret name that represents our special bond with Him.\u00a0 It will ring in our hearts and souls as the perfect secret name just between us.\u00a0 My sister calls me a special name and I will only respond to her if she calls me by it.\u00a0 I would tell you, but it is between her and me.\u00a0 I like it that way!<\/p>\n

The Word does not tell us where the name is that is written on Him.\u00a0 We will not know that name or where it is written.\u00a0 Certainly the Father and the Holy Spirit, who both know everything, will know what the name is.\u00a0 That is intriguing in itself.\u00a0 Is it a special name for Jesus that is shared only amongst the Trinity?\u00a0 We don\u2019t know.\u00a0 Will we ever know the name?\u00a0 We will just have to wait to find out.\u00a0 That is exciting in itself!<\/p>\n

\u201cHe is dressed in a robe dipped in blood,\u00a0and His name is the Word of God.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 In\u00a0V11<\/b>\u00a0we are told that Jesus is called \u201cFaithful and True.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0Psalm 33:4<\/b>\u00a0states that\u00a0<\/span>\u201cthe Lord is right and true; He is faithful in all He does.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Jeremiah 42:5\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0Revelation 3:14\u00a0<\/b>also use Faithful and True in describing the Messiah Jesus Christ.\u00a0 Here in\u00a0V13\u00a0<\/b>a name we already know that belongs to Jesus is\u00a0\u201cWord of God.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 (John 1:1-5, 14<\/b>)\u00a0 Jesus is the Word of God. The written Word of God is all that God gives us to know about Him for now.\u00a0 It is more than we can learn of Him during our lifetime here on earth.\u00a0 Jesus is the Word of God manifested in the flesh.\u00a0 Jesus, the Word of God in the flesh is the perfect and complete expression of God to us (Colossians 1:15, Hebrews 1:3<\/b>).\u00a0 He is God in the flesh revealed to us.\u00a0 Though He walked among us, and was God revealed to us, still we don\u2019t understand everything about Him.\u00a0 He does reveal to His saints all that we need to know about Him.\u00a0 Jesus is the written Word of God, and beyond, in the flesh.\u00a0 Though Jesus took on humanity to walk the earth and be our Deliverer, He still was fully God.\u00a0 Oh to have walked with Him!\u00a0 Yet, the Lord dearly loves all of us, and calls us blessed, who have not physically seen Him and still believe (John 20:29<\/b>). Family, oh what a privilege, oh what a delight, and oh what an honor to know Jesus, He who is Faithful and True and He who is the living Word of God!\u00a0 Let us remember the great honor and blessing it is to be bestowed this great privilege of knowing, and being loved by, the One True God.\u00a0 The creator of all of heaven, earth and of us is He!\u00a0 Thank you God Almighty!\u00a0 Thank You Jesus!\u00a0 Thank You Holy Spirit!\u00a0 Praise God!\u00a0 May we never consider the blessed relationship we have with Jesus as a common thing!\u00a0 May we never take this greatest of blessings \u201cfor granted.\u201d\u00a0 God is Holy and Sacred and may we always, in our hearts and minds, be on our knees before Him!\u00a0 And may we always call out, to each other and to the World, the wonders and praises of knowing and serving Him.\u00a0 May we always let the joy of Him fill our hearts!\u00a0 Let us always and continuously express our love for Him be praising Him!\u00a0 Praise our God!\u00a0 Praise our Savior and Lord Jesus!\u00a0 Praise the Holy Spirit who lives within us and guiding us home.\u00a0 Praise God! Praise He who is Faithful and True!<\/span><\/p>\n

Psalm 150:6<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.\u00a0 Praise the Lord!\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Micah 7:7<\/b>\u00a0–\u00a0But as for me, I watch\u00a0in hope\u00a0for the\u00a0Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear\u00a0me.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
